Bio
Grant is a customer service professional with over 30 years of sales and marketing experience. He believes that great service begins from the first contact and never ends. Grant began his real estate career in a local Kalamunda office in October 2002. He has completed his Diploma of Property through West Coast Property Training and has run his own office since 2005. In 2010, he purchased the LJ Hooker Kalamunda office and together with business partner, Belinda Farrell, can offer his clients extensive and effective marketing throughout the City of Kalamunda. In 2011, Grant reached the prestigious “Multi Million Dollar Captains Club” and in financial year 2011/2012, was the top selling agent in both number of properties sold and dollar turnover for the Kalamunda Shire. In 2015, Grant was inducted into the LJ Hooker '500 Club' representing the top 2.5% of salespeople internationally and in 2016 he was awarded Life Membership to the Multi Million Dollar Captains Club. In 2017/2018 Grant was again the top selling agent by dollar turnover in The City of Kalamunda. In 2022, Grant received the REIWA Master Salesperson award. In 2023, Grant received the LJH Business Owner of the Year Award.
