A licensed real estate agent for over 40 years, Graeme Hosking is passionate about property, particularly Perth Hills property. Graeme and his family have lived in the Hills since 1996 where both his now adult children attended local primary and high schools. He began his real estate career as a sales representative early in 1982, obtained his real estate license and triennial certificate in 1985 and since then has been involved in almost every facet of residential real estate; sales, investment and property management. He has personally owned several real estate agencies, managed several others in both Perth and regional WA and been involved in the training, promotion and development side of real estate offices when he was employed in a business development role with two of Western Australia's leading real estate groups. Selling real estate has been his chosen profession for most of Graeme's working life. It was always a first choice, not something he 'gave a go' after engaging in other business ventures. He has won numerous awards and accolades during his lengthy career, however his greatest reward is that of assisting so many people to realise their property dreams. Whether that is selling a family home and moving on or purchasing a new dream home or investment property, success brings its own rewards.
